Happy Saturday to everyone; hopefully the weather will start warming up soon so that I can start walking in Forest Park which is phase 2 of my fitness plan.  If any of you read my blogs daily, you would know that I just started a fitness boot camp where the trainer is kicking my fat ass ROYALLY, But I really do need it.
