Good morning my lovelies,

I hope everyone had a wonderful and joyous New Year.  I did.  Although I spent a great deal of it with my family, I can honestly say that 2008 had a marvelous ending, but THANK GOD it's gone!  As I said in my blog, I stopped making resolutions because I usually give up on them Mid January, which is both a waste of time and money if the resolution requires me to use my credit card, which it usually does (Gyms, workout equipment, and memberships).

I am however certain that 2009 is going to bring great things to my life.  I plan to do more traveling, learn more about this industry to stay abreast of it, drastically change my look (I'm growing Dreadlocks as we speak), and maybe undergo an image change.

No matter what the change is, I am aware that change is good.  Every great artist has made image changes from Madonna to Josephine Baker, and I plan to follow in their footsteps.

Ok, so I wanted to approach this newsletter a little different than usual.  Sometimes even a hooker needs to take off her stilettos every now and then, and give her clients something out of the ordinary.  So I decided to make this Newsletter my "Best of 2008" Newsletter.  This Newsletter briefly discuss some of my favorite travel destinations, restaurants, movies, night clubs, strip clubs, food, drinks, and whatever else I've raved over in 2008.  So here we go!

Le Babylon Bis- Paris France

Earlier this year I decided to take a culinary excursion to Paris for fine dining and Josephine Baker.  On the second day there, our tour group took us to this wonderful West African/Caribbean Restaurant that had the most wonderful lemon pepper chicken with rice and sweet couscous and relish.  The food was divine and so was the atmosphere.

Giordano's Pizza- Chicago

Ok, I've eaten at this pizza joint numerous times and it keeps getting better every time.  Chicago is famous for its deep-dish pizza, and contrary to popular belief, it's NOT mainly dough.  Actually the crust is sort of thin, and the toppings are mounted inside!  Fabulous Spinach pizza

Best Movie- Seven Pounds

Best Liqueur- Midori

So I went to a family Christmas party a few days before Christmas, and my cousin had this bar tender there that mixed one of the best drinks ever.  This drink consists of 1 part Vodka, 1 part Midori, and the rest was Simply Sweet Lemonade.  Those of you who have known me for sometime know that I love "sissy drinks".  LOL

Last but not least....

Best Strip club- Penthouse Gentleman Club

I picked this place simply because it's not a hole in the wall, and they sell Hot dogs wrapped in bacon in the parking lot at 6am for the drunk asses.  LOL
