All I can say is "There is no place like home", and no matter how nice California was, I was still eager to get home to my life and routine. So much drama on this last trip kinda made my vacation a headache, but I'm over it now, so hopefully there are no hard feelings between the parties involved.
Thank God I'm a loner in every aspect of the word. I don't involve myself with any circles or clicks, and I don't have many friends or even acquaintances which is why my life is virtually drama free at all times. The problem with being a loner is that you sometimes become, well, lonely. And if there is ever any animosity amongst your friends, one of them will always expect you to take sides with them, which was the case in Los Angeles. Two of my good friends got into a heated argument, and one of them wanted me to build an alliance with them, which I refused to get involved! This was clearly not my argument, so why would I even get myself involved in drama that's not directed at me.
My whole existence is trying to avoid drama and problems and I've pretty much mastered the skill. So God knows the last thing I want in my life is to be able to avoid drama in my professional life, but have my personal life in shambles. No way Jose!
It's good to be back though.
I missed you guys terribly! |
